He did his BFA (Graphics) from Rabindra Bharati University, W.B. and MFA (Graphics) from Faculty of Fine Arts, MSU, Baroda. He received the Charles Wallace Award to visit and work in UK in 2001-02. He has had solo shows: “Recycled Masterpieces”, Gallery Threshold, Mumbai, 2006, “My Experiments With Half Truths”, Gallery Chemould, Mumbai, 2006 and “Don’t Please Take it Otherwise”, Gallery Art Resource Trust, Mumbai. He has participated in group shows including ‘Millennium Turks’ conceived by Bhavna Kakar, Trident Hilton, Gurgaon, 2008 and at New Delhi, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Baroda and Mumbai as well as in the ‘Made in India’ exhibition of prints in Paris and the Singapore Art Fair, 2007. He lives and works in Baroda.
